Yes, absolutely private.

A $50 deposit is due to hold bookings. We require full payment no later than 4 days before your tour date or payment on the day.

Payment can be made by Direct Transfer or via Credit Card on the day of the tour. 

Please note that Credit Card payments are via Square and incur a fee of 2.2%.

Yes, we will pick you up at your accommodation if it is in Bendigo or nearby surrounds.

Yes we can pick you up and drop you off at a different Bendigo location if you wish to keep exploring. Please advise at time of booking so we can discuss this with you.

We recommend allowing 30 to 40 minutes for all tastings, but we happy for you to stay longer. Please advise your driver as other tastings and the timing of your lunch may be affected.

Cancellation Policy – No refunds are available within 24 hours of the tour starting. However, we are aware of the challenges that COVID and other viruses presents and we are reasonable people, so please contact us ASAP to discuss if you are unwell. For instance, you may wish to book another day.

We have the right to cancel any tours due to extreme weather warnings. The tours may take  you through bushland, so fire and flood warnings need to be heeded. Full refunds will be issued or your booking can be rescheduled.

Your safety is our concern – Our covid safety plan is designed to make your experience as safe as possible.

Masks, sanitiser and water will be provided.

If you are feeling ill, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make alternative arrangements.

Neil and Maree are fully vaccinated.
